Victor builds portfolios based on the client’s needs and objectives. A strength he has is creating income from wealth. He likes to create “investment paychecks” for retired clients and clients that need income from various sources. Victor uses a core and satellite philosophy for long term growth accounts which allows him to be as creative and flexible as needed to adjust to his clients’ needs and the market environment.
